The Brothers of Club Crescendo express our sincere condolences to the family of our esteemed brother, Wesley Wendell Ponder. We know that his loss is fresh on your hearts, but we serve a God who heals and uplifts us through every storm of life. Wesley is with Our Heavenly Father now and for eternity.
We were blessed as young men at Prairie View A&M University to befriend each other and to enter into the bonds of brotherhood through Club Crescendo. Our happy experiences entail memories that we shall always cherish, even as God calls us home one by one. Our trust in Him is eternal. Isaiah 40:8 expresses clearly, “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.” May the grace of God which surpasses understanding help to sustain you during this time.

Wesley was our cousin. We are two brothers children.. I spoke to him in April and I will never forget his voice. On behalf of his Uncle O.C. and Aunt Mary’s children we send prayers to his family. We love and care for you all.
