A life cut short too soon. Rest well, Madelyn.
Mrs Johnson I really will miss you. I thought I would have more time to learn more from you. You were a mentor to us colored girls in an industry that doesn’t always see us. You had a beautiful smile and sweet spirit. You were no nonsense and taught us our value. The world will be sadder without you. I pray you are happy with God now.
RIP, dear friend. I am sending Light to Jonathan and the rest of the family that you, too, may come
into peace and may find solace knowing that she is in the arms of the angels.
With Love ❤️
Dr. Gayles
I will always remember her warmth. She treated her students with respect and would advocate for us. She went above and beyond for others. She will be missed greatly.
My prayers to the family of my beautiful sister. I will forever remember her beautiful smile that lit up every room and her infectious, boisterous laugh. Mostly, for her love of God and family. Rest in peace, Madelyn. As she used to end all of our phone calls “Love You!”
My prayers and deepest condolences to Jonathan and the entire family. ❤️
Ms. Madeline, I can’t express how much you meant to me and my daughter. I’m so thankful God blessed my life with you and that I was able to come up there and spend time with you. And J even came to wax you! 😂 Beautification in the hospital—poor nurses! 😍
My beautiful mentor, you will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you for your love, wisdom, and memories.
Rest well, beautiful. 🕊️❤️
Love always,
Fry
You were a rock for your family – and especially Erica. Your strength will live on.
